01 Product Classification Classify your pressure equipment based on type, volume, pressure, fluid group, and hazard level using PED Annex II Classification Charts.
02 Conformity Assessment Route Selection Determine the appropriate conformity module (A1, B, C1, F, G, H, or H1) based on classification, with Notified Body involvement for higher risk categories.
03 Technical File Preparation Compile PED-compliant Technical File including design calculations, material specifications, manufacturing procedures, NDT plans, and risk assessments.
04 Quality Assurance & Welding Compliance Implement quality system (Modules D, E, or H) and support welding approvals, including compliance with EN ISO 15614 and EN ISO 3834.
05 Notified Body Coordination Liaise with EU-accredited Notified Body for inspections, audits, or design reviews, depending on the selected conformity module.
06 Declaration of Conformity & CE Marking Issue EU Declaration of Conformity and correctly affix the CE Mark to your pressure equipment or assembly.
07 Ongoing Compliance & Modifications Provide continued support for product modifications, audits, and re-certification as needed for sustained compliance.
