By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use or access the Site.

2. Definitions

  • "Site" means all web pages, content, forms, and related services made available at the company's domain.
  • "User" or "you" refers to any individual or business entity accessing or using the Site.
  • "Services" refers to the consulting and audit support provided by the company related to CE regulation for machinery, structural steel, construction products, pressure equipment, and authorized representation.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Permitted Use

The Site is provided for business-to-business informational and contact-generation purposes only. You may:

  • Browse product/service information
  • Fill out contact forms to request a consultation
  • Review applicable legal disclosures

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

  • Use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site (e.g., hacking, scraping, or reverse engineering)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or network connections
  • Use automated scripts or bots to collect data from the Site
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your identity

3.3 Modifications to the Site

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site (including content, features, or hours of availability) at any time, without notice or liability.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors, and are protected by Irish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

4.2 License to Users

The company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Except as expressly provided, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any portion of the Site without prior written permission from the company.

4.3 User-Generated Content

The Site does not currently allow public posting of user-generated content. If, in the future, you submit any material (such as feedback or testimonials) via a contact form or email, you hereby grant the company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such material for promotional or internal purposes. You represent and warrant that any content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe a third party's rights.

5. Contact Forms and Lead Generation

Accuracy of Information

When you submit your contact details via any form on the Site, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.

Use of Submitted Data

The company shall use the contact-form data you submit to:

  1. Respond to your inquiry or request a consultation
  2. Provide updates on applicable CE regulatory requirements
  3. Share occasional marketing communications (if you have opted in)

No Obligation to Proceed with Services

Submission of a form does not create any binding agreement for services; rather, it initiates a request for further discussion. Any subsequent engagement for audit or consulting is governed by a separate service agreement.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Warranty

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The company expressly disclaims all warranties, including—but not limited to—merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

6.2 Accuracy of Information

While the company strives to keep content up to date, it makes no representations that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. The company shall not be responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

6.3 Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services over which the company has no control. The company does not endorse, and is not responsible or liable for, the availability, legality, or content of such third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to access) the Site or its content, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the company's total aggregate liability exceed €1,000 (one thousand euros) in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  1. Your breach of these Terms
  2. Your submission of any content or information to the Site
  3. Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

The company may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that the company believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9.2 Survival

Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Disclaimers), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), 10 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution), and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive, shall survive any termination of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to resolve any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Site.

10.3 No Class Actions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute between you and the company must be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

The company may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the company shall post a notice on the Site at least 14 days before the changes take effect, and may (but is not required to) send an email notice to any contact email you provided via the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
